Your DIGICON OMNI experience happens at our pLATFORM

which will be accessible starting October 5, 2020 at 8am

The platform has five (5) sections that you can visit:

  1. LOBBY: Check for conference announcements via the Feed, review the conference schedule via the Agenda tab, and see our partners at the Sponsors tab.

  2. STAGE: Watch keynote talks and other important activities happen here!

  3. SESSIONS: Join breakout groups, watch talks and participate in various workshops.

  4. NETWORKING: Get to know other participants with shared interests via time-capped video chats.

  5. EXPO: Discover our exhibitors and partners by visiting their virtual booths.

How to access the pLATFORM

Follow These Steps:

1. Type in the email address you used to register for the event.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at the DIGICON OMNI 2020 Virtual Conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody: Be excellent to each other, show empathy, and help make this a safe space to explore tangible, equitable solutions.

Quick Version

DIGICON OMNI 2020 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, experience, or religion (or otherwise). We do not tolerate harassment of DIGICON OMNI 2020 participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any DIGICON OMNI 2020 channel, including anything communicated during the staging of DIGICON OMNI 2020, on social media or any other online outlets. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from DIGICON OMNI 2020 without a refund at the discretion of the DIGICON OMNI 2020 organizers, and appropriate legal action will be taken against violators where applicable.

Less Quick Version

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other DIGICON OMNI 2020 content, and unwelcome sexual attention.

 

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the DIGICON OMNI 2020 organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from DIGICON OMNI 2020 with no refund.

 

Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material in promoting their organization or in communication with participants. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.
